Samuel Becker, trumpet, joined TYSA in 2007. He graduated from Gig Harbor High School and plans to attend Yale University to study languages and mathematics.

Katelyn Berg, violin, joined TYSA in 2006. She graduated from Curtis Senior High School and plans to attend St. Olaf College to study violin and French.

Emilee Buchanan, oboe, joined TYSA in 2009. She graduated from Todd Beamer High School and plans to attend Pacific University to study music and theatre.

Kathryn Bukata, clarinet, joined TYSA in 2004. She graduated from Gig Harbor High School and plans to attend the University of Washington (Seattle) to study chemistry, mathematics, and music.

Haeun (Julie) Chang, violin, joined TYSA in 2007. She graduated from Auburn High School and plans to attend Harvard College.

Elizabeth Choate, flute, joined TYSA in 2005. She graduated from Gig Harbor High School and plans to attend Tacoma Community College.

Nicole Anne Coffen, bassoon, joined TYSA in 2004. She graduated from Stadium High School and plans to attend the University of Oregon to major in music performance.

Marina Davies, oboe, joined TYSA in 2008. She graduated from Aviation High School and plans to attend Azusa Pacific University to study music.

Sean Devlin, trombone, joined TYSA in 2011. He graduated from Lincoln High School and plans to attend Central Washington University and major in music education.

Julia Donner, violin, joined TYSA in 2004. She graduated from Charles Wright Academy and plans to attend Brown University to study human biology and French.

Charles Flanagan, violin, joined TYSA in 2005. He plans to major in music.

Caitlyn Fukai, viola, joined TYSA in 2004. She graduated from Curtis High School and plans to attend the University of New Mexico to major in music.

Conner Haffner, violin, joined TYSA in 2009. He graduated from Kentridge High School and plans to attend the University of Washington to study computer engineering.

Sebastian Hernandez, trumpet, joined TYSA in 2009. He graduated from Auburn Riverside High School and plans to attend Pacific Lutheran University to study music education.

Natalia Hicker, violin, joined TYSA in 2002. She graduated from Tacoma School of the Arts and plans to attend Pacific Lutheran University to study business and music

Sam Horn, tuba, joined TYSA in 2008. He graduated from Enumclaw High School and plans to attend Pacific Lutheran University to double major in music and journalism.

Ethan Forest Houser, clarinet, joined TYSA in 2009. He graduated from Kentlake High School and plans to attend Seattle Pacific University to major in business and minor in music.

Andrew Huo, violin, joined TYSA in 2003. He graduated from Henry Foss High School and plans to attend Stanford University to study music composition, biochemistry, business, or Russian.

Mary Jarvis, horn, attended Federal Way High School and will major in music education at Central Washington University.

Sam Kenney, bassoon, joined TYSA in 2008. He graduated from Mount Rainier High School and plans to become a U.S.M.C. musician.

Michelle Kester, violin, joined TYSA in 2005. She graduated from Stadium High School and plans to attend Pacific University to study Spanish and French.

Gloria Lee, cello, joined TYSA in 2002. She graduated from Peninsula High School and plans to attend Smith College to major in educational policy making.

Michelle Lee, flute, joined TYSA in 2006. She graduated from Federal Way High School and plans to attend the University of Michigan and major in education.

Kelly Marsh, violin, joined TYSA in 2004. She graduated from Rogers High School and plans to attend Central Washington University to major in music education and violin performance.

Kaitlyn Martin, viola, joined TYSA in 2005. She graduated from Curtis High School and plans to attend Seattle University to study music education or psychology.

Lauryn Mendoza, French horn, joined TYSA in 2007. She graduated from Bellarmine Preparatory School and plans to attend Marquette University to major in clinical laboratory science.

Anna Moore, oboe, joined TYSA in 2008. She graduated from Fife High School and plans to attend Tacoma Community College and the University of Washington to study mathematics and biology.

Troy Myren, clarinet was homeschooled and attended Fife HS, Green River CC, and Highline CC. He plans to attend Azusa Pacific University to study music, history, film, and international business. He joined TYSA in 2008.

Shayne Noble, violin, joined TYSA in 2005. She graduated from Bethel High School and plans to attend Pierce College to study music and possibly dental hygiene.

Alex Orlowski, bassoon, joined TYSA in 2005. He graduated from Fife High School and plans to attend Washington State University to double major in math and physics and minor in music.

Preeti Prakash, violin, joined TYSA in 2008. She graduated from Curtis Senior High School and plans to attend Rice University and Baylor College of Medicine to major in biological sciences at Rice and go on to pursue medicine at Baylor through the guaranteed 8-year Rice/Baylor Medical Scholars program.

Camille Priebe, violin, joined TYSA in 2004. She graduated from Annie Wright School and plans to attend Willamette University to minor in music and major in English or Japanese or international relations or Asian studies.

Stephanie Reusch, horn, joined TYSA in 2004. She graduated from Mount Rainier High School and plans to attend Indiana University to major in music.

Betsy Smith, cello, joined TYSA in 2009. She graduated from Aviation High School and plans to attend the University of Wyoming to study mechanical engineering and music.

Zoe Snape, clarinet, joined TYSA in 2010. She graduated from Stadium High School and plans to attend Massachusetts Institute of Technology for engineering and possibly biomedical studies.

Monica Themar, violin, joined TYSA in 2005. She graduated from Graham-Kapowsin High School and plans to attend Western Washington University and major in English.

Sarah Vatne, cello, joined TYSA in 2004. She graduated from Auburn Riverside High School and plans to attend Western Washington University to study political science.

Braden Waddell, trumpet, joined TYSA in 2006. He graduated from Graham-Kapowsin High School and plans to attend Central Washington to major in trumpet performance.

Christa Weddle, violin, joined TYSA in 2008. She graduated from Evergreen Lutheran High School and plans to attend Central Washington University to major in violin performance.
